Boubacar Diarra

Boubacar DIARRA has 10 years of experience of supporting organizations with governance, advocacy and accountability issues. He joined Helvetas in 2011 as the Regional Facilitator for the Sahel Right and Resources Initiative (RRI) on natural resource governance in the Sahel. He subsequently held the positions of Coordinator of the pilot project on governance of land and forest resources in Mali, and Program Advisor and Area Coordinator for governance, peace, water, sanitation, migration and humanitarian issues in Mali. He is currently the Program Manager for voice, inclusion and cohesion, migration and humanitarian affairs in Mali, and the Regional Advisor for governance and conflict sensitivity in West Africa. He has participated in several peacebuilding and cohesion initiatives in Mali and the Sahel region.
